I am Hannah Luedtke, M.S. Mental Performance Coach and as an athlete who competed in both hockey and soccer, I understand firsthand how mental barriers like self-doubt, high expectations, and perfectionism can hold you back. These challenges ultimately forced me to step away from the sports I loved. Through my personal experience, studying the power of the mind, and seeing the positive impact on my clients, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping others overcome similar obstacles and unlock their full potential.
I’m committed to teaching individuals the power of the mind, how important the mind-body connection is to their performance, and that you have the power to rewire your mindset, beliefs, and behaviors. Through tailored mental skills and strategies, I guide athletes and high performers to enhance both their performance and overall well-being.

We know that mental training is essential, but the mind and body don’t work in isolation. That’s why I take a psychophysiological approach to performance, focusing on the powerful connection between the two.
As an athlete, you understand the importance of self-talk, focusing on what you can control, being present, and moving on from mistakes. But it’s not a lack of discipline or effort that makes these skills hard to apply—it’s that your mind and body must be in a stable state to truly access and implement them.
